A quotation templates is the visual support for the commercial offer sent to your customers in PDF format.
To create a new template, click on Accommodation > Models > Add a template.

General
Quotation templates can be adapted to your clients' profiles or segments. You can create as many templates as you need.
This section allows you to :
- customize the quote title
- the type of group to which it is addressed
- the visual identity of the quote (logo, placement, colors, typography, etc.)
- page content and layout
Title
The title given to the quote is internal; it does not appear on the quote and is not visible to the client.Default model
Once activated, this template will be the one proposed by default when finalizing the quotation and before sending it to the customer.
Group type
You can choose one or more group types for which the template will be proposed by default.
Visual identity
This section lets you define the color of text, backgrounds and borders. It can be chosen using the selector, or copied from your graphic charter using the Hex code. You can also choose a font from the drop-down list.
Footer
You can also choose whether or not to display the footer already defined in your Accommodation Sheet, or create one from the quote template.
Footer content can be configured in > Accommodation > Accommodation sheet > Settings.

You can then click on Save to configure pages.
Page types
| You can add a specific page to your quotation by clicking on the + sign and selecting the desired page type. |  |
| These pages are all customizable, and can be moved once created. By deactivating Active page, you can make a page invisible without deleting it. |  |
You can modify the visual identity and content of each page individually.
Free page
| This page allows you to display text and images without a predefined template. You can then define the title of the page that will appear on the quote, text and a slideshow of up to 4 photos. |

Cover page
| This type of page allows you to display an image presenting your establishment, information about the file and a presentation text. It is also possible to hide the name of the establishment, the period and the reference of the offer. |  |
Property page
| This type of page lets you display up to 4 images and text content. |  |
Services page
| This type of page allows you to display up to 4 photos and a list of the various services and facilities available on site. This page can also be used to display a map showing the location of your establishment, or to insert a photo. |  |
Tip: By clicking on List of available dynamic texts, you'll find a list of code reminders to automate the personalization of your texts
Spaces page
| This type of page lets you display up to 4 photos and a summary table of reception areas with their capacity and specific features. In this table, you'll find the spaces you've selected in the Space Management section. |  |
Quote page
| The quotation page is the only mandatory page in the template. You can add a signature zone. |  |
General terms and conditions page
| This type of page allows you to display all your general terms and conditions of sale, plus an optional signature area for the customer alone, or for the customer and hotelier. |  |
⚠️ Don't forget to save your template settings once they've been configured. Once the template has been set up, it can be duplicated to reuse the same layout, working only on certain pages if necessary.
