Spaces

Management of the Spaces section determines the structure of the room calendar (meeting rooms or any other venue capable of hosting an F&B service). These spaces will be configured to be included in the creation of your proposals and BEOs.

Venue > Spaces


Add a space :

  • Enter a name (required to create a space)
  • Surface area / Max Pax capacity / Ceiling height (if known)
  • If it is a meeting room, activate the corresponding button and indicate the capacities according to the proposed layouts
  • Daylight
  • Visible on the "Our spaces" page of the PDF proposal : if you validate this option, you indicate to Backyou that this space will be presented in the sales brochure (My spaces page if this page is activated). 

Room combinations : 


If you offer room combinations, create a room "Group" to bring together the rooms concerned, so that you can assign spaces to services more quickly.


For example, if your venue has 4 rooms (ROOM A, B, C and D), including a plenary room which is a combination of two rooms, this is what should appear:
