How to identify payments that have been intermediated by Backyou Pay?

In the Backyou Pay section, you can identify intermediated payments by entering the payment reference PAY-xxxxxxxx in the search field. Please note: you may have received transfers with the same PAY-xxxxxx reference, which covers the payment of several different instalments.
