Why don't customers receive the quotation attachments?
When a quote is published, you have the choice to check or uncheck the box "Attach the PDF of the quote to the email". If the box is unchecked, the customer will not receive the quote in PDF format.
However, you can click on "Resend offer" to send a new email to the customer with the PDF quote attached. All PDF documents related to the file can be viewed in the download box of the request.
