You are experiencing slowness when connecting to Backyou: several basic checks are necessary:
- internet connection: the speed of your network may affect your connection
- browser used: we recommend Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, in their most recent versions. We invite you to try connecting with another browser to see the difference in connection speed.
- clear your browser's cache: this will relieve your browser's cache memory and prevent you from using old forms.
Backyou regularly updates its functionalities and it is possible that your browser continues to use old files.
Clearing the cache after new deployments of Backyou will make the software run more smoothly on your computer.
