To share the BEO with your teams, you must first locate the pencil icon to the right of the "not shared" indication on the BEO
After clicking on the pencil icon, you will have several sharing options available:
- With your team: This option allows you to share the BEO with your internal team only.
- With the client: You can choose to share the BEO with the client only.
- With the team and the client: You also have the option of sharing the BEO with both your team and the client.
- Stop sharing: If you wish to stop sharing the BEO, you can select this option.
Once you have chosen the appropriate sharing option, your teams and/or the client will receive an email inviting them to consult the BEO in Backyou.
If the BEO is shared, the client can :
- change the timetable
- send a message to the hotelier on this subject
