Automatic option restart: how does it work?

You can choose to activate automatic end-of-option reminders to your customers. (Establishments section > Establishment file > Other settings tab: Notifications and reminders)

Automatic reminders are sent to customers on D-2. You can view these files at the end of the option in the alert of your File management module.

The option is automatically cancelled on D+1. The status of the file then reverts to "Proposal sent".
