All the products and services you are likely to offer in your sales proposals can be configured in seven languages. You can associate prices and spaces by default.
Accommodation section > Products
The products are classified under various categories (titles in blue on the screenshot), all associated with 4 product families:

Rooms: from "single occupancy room" to "14 PAX accommodation".
Each product category enables Backyou to recognise the number of occupants according to the category chosen (e.g. a single room = 1 person; a triple room = 3 people).

F&B: all types of services including food and beverages

Meeting rooms: hire a meeting space (professional or private)

Other income: privatisation, activities and other services
Add a product : Example of a "Buffet Breakfast" product

Category: choose the corresponding category, here "Breakfast".

Associate a space > Click and select "Restaurant": This will display the service in the room calendar on the Restaurant space line.

Add product name: "Buffet breakfast

Description: "Discover our breakfast buffet...". Will be displayed in sales proposals by default.
- Information for the team: this insert is dedicated to the information and details you want to include in the job descriptions of your teams who will be responsible for providing this service: "Plan for a rapid service for hot drinks or any table service required, so as not to delay the group's plans for the day".
- Optional by default: Possibility of proposing optional products in quotations (see Editing a sales proposal)
- Date undetermined by default: option to include a product in a quote without the date being determined, if customers do not yet know how the service will be provided (see Editing a sales proposal).
- Of which VAT: indicate the corresponding VAT
- "Can this product be sold outside a package? Products sold as part of a package may have a different breakdown to a dry sale product. This button allows you to disable the use of a product outside a package.
- Indicate the "Unit price sold to the customer including VAT".
- Default times (in our "Buffet breakfast" example, you can enter 07:00 - 10:30).
Creating a product makes it easier and quicker to draw up your quotes. Each item of information in the product sheets can be modified according to your customers' requirements and the services you offer, directly in the quotations.
Modify or delete a product :
- Accommodation > Products
- To modify, click on the icon on the right of your screen
- This will take you to the Product File, where you can modify the necessary information.

Special features of "Meeting Room" products :
You can hire a room for a day, a half-day or even an evening. To enable a single creation for this type of product, you can configure several prices according to several schedules.
