My booking was automatically canceled

The file was under option until the day of cancellation

If you do not want optional bookings to be cancelled automatically when the option expires, you must disable automatic cancellation of options in the hotel file settings (Accommodation > Accommodation sheet > Other settings) - see screenshot 1 below.

The client declined the offer

If you do not want reservations to be cancelled automatically, you need to uncheck ‘Automatically cancel the file in the PMS if the client declines the offer’ in the connectivity settings. See screenshot 2 below.
