This feature allows you to create standardised messages with dynamic fields. These messages are generally intended to be sent to your customers in various contexts, such as sending a quote, a payment reminder or an option reminder. The aim is to make communication with your clients easier and more efficient by automating part of the process.
To create a message template, you must first create a category and then add a template. You can write it in any of the languages available.
When writing, use the dynamic fields, which will be displayed according to the file:
- check-in and check-out dates
- Customer courtesies
- contact details for the person responsible for the file.
