Auto-assignment of managers    Off / On

By activating this option, you let Backyou automatically assign a manager from your team to all new requests according to criteria you define: the customer's language, the type of event, the workload, a segment, a company or a specific customer.

To configure this feature, follow the steps below:

  • Activating the feature: you need to activate the auto-assign managers option in your system settings.
  • Go to the team section 
  • Modify an employee record
  • Activate auto-attribution
  • Select award criteria

Once this configuration has been made, the folders corresponding to the defined criteria will automatically be assigned to the selected member of staff, simplifying the process of allocating tasks within your team.

Allow duplicate company names    Off / On

By activating this option, you authorize Backyou to create Companies with the same name. Each time a customer is created, a Company is systematically created.
