How to add a company?

From the ‘Company’ section, click on ‘Add a company’:

If the ‘Business contributor’ box is activated, you will be able to enter, for information purposes, the commission rate to be retroceded. This function also allows you to assign an end customer.


Default segment: to activate segments, go to Settings > General > Segmentation.

By activating this option, you can manage the segmentation of your files for statistical and operational purposes.



Custom fields: these are functions that allow you to add specific information to a customer/company record and/or a request form, in addition to the standard fields provided by default.


Booking conditions: you can associate default terms and conditions for this company.
