How do I add an end customer to a file?

To add an end customer to a file, in the case of an agency for example, you need to activate the business contributor option on the company. Then, when you are on your account, click on the "Add an end customer" button in the menu on the right of your page. You can either find an existing customer or create a new customer.

Specific case for multi-establishment accounts: If the customer does not exist and you create it upstream, the customer belongs to the Backyou account cardex and not to your establishment. If you need to link it as an end customer on a file, please contact an administrator in your hotel group.

How do I change my end customer?

You can change your end customer on your file via the "change end customer" button. Please note that you can no longer do this once the check-in date has passed.

 

On the pro forma invoice, you can decide whether you want the name of the end customer and/or the agency to be displayed or not using the 'Modify billing details' tab.

  • the final invoice is sent to the business introducer
  • The turnover is transferred to the end client
