How do I add a client?

Note: a Customer can be associated with only one Company.

 

From the Customer section, click on ‘Add a customer’:

Complete the fields in the contact form:

Note: to make the telephone number compulsory (or the reverse), go to: Settings > Customisation > Forms > Default form > Modify 



Customer language: determines the language of the quote


Company: associate an existing company with this customer master record. If the company has not yet been created, go to > Companies

In the ‘Settings’ tab: the custom fields you have created in the section > Customise > Custom fields are displayed. 

These custom fields can be used to add specific information to a customer's contact form and/or a request form, in addition to the standard fields provided by default.



From the Emails tab: if the ‘no’ box is ticked, the customer will receive NO emails from the platform, including the email to generate a new password.
