How do I activate custom fields in the client/company file?

Custom fields are functions that allow you to add specific information to a client/company record and/or a request form, in addition to the standard fields provided by default.


Go to Settings > Customisation > Custom fields > Add a field :

Once you have clicked on ‘Add a custom field’, add a name and select a field type:

EXAMPLES OF CUSTOM FIELDS : 


  1. Text on one or more lines

Add the name of the salon where you met your client (on one or more lines)



  1. Number

 Add the card reference



  1. Date

You can now select the environment in which you want this field to be displayed:

  • In the client file
  • In the company file
  • in the application form


You can select display options: 


mandatory: if the field is empty, you will not be able to save the file.


Visible: the field is displayed in the selected environment


Visible on the application form: yes or no
