You can create as many different General Terms and Conditions of Sale as you need, depending on your customers or specific payment conditions. The General Terms and Conditions will be associated by default with configured hotels and quotations.
To consult or modify your General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) :
- Go to the Accommodation > Terms and Conditions section for the establishment concerned.
- You can change your terms and conditions at any time by clicking on the orange pencil icon.
Addition of booking conditions :
- Give your terms and conditions a title (e.g. "Seminar terms and conditions").
- Full GTCS :
Include terms and conditions as an attachment: select "Include my full terms and conditions with quotes" to attach a document containing your terms and conditions, which you can also offer in other languages if required.
Notify your terms and conditions in plain text: insert your text directly into the white insert, translating it into the languages you require.
- Summary of terms and conditions :
Add a summary of your terms and conditions to highlight the important points on quotations on a page dedicated to terms and conditions and signature. Remember to translate them into other languages if necessary.
- Pre-configured payment terms :
Configure up to 5 default payment dates for your sales offers. You can adjust them at any time on each sales proposal.
- Associating terms and conditions :
Select the establishment to which your GTCs are associated and determine whether they are configured by default.
You have the flexibility to choose the GTCs to be used for each commercial proposal at the direct request of a customer.
Possibility of associating specific terms and conditions with a customer or company.
Booking conditions :
- Archived: The GTC are filed but can be reactivated at any time.
- Active: Can be used for your sales proposals.
