The status of a file allows you to quickly identify its progress and any actions that may need to be taken.
From the moment a request is created until the file is closed, Backyou’s file statuses enable you to monitor progress and take appropriate action.
A file’s status changes either as a result of an action taken by you, the client, or automatically after a defined period.
Below is the list of statuses with explanations:
-
New Lead:Indicates a newly received request. No proposal has been sent yet, and the client awaits a response. You can send a proposal or suggest an alternative venue (for multi-property accounts).
-
