      File analysis

      In the "File analysis" section, you can use various filters to examine your sales figures for a given period and according to the KPIs you are looking for:

      • File date (date of creation of the dna Backyou file) or check-in date
      • File status
      • Project managers
      • Sources
      • Segments

      By using the platform over several years, you can compare your data for year N with that from previous years.

      You can also enter the annual targets to be achieved to compare them with the sales achieved to date. ( > Targets input tab)

      Presentation details

      Graphic view

      • The folders are represented in the form of coloured blocks, corresponding to the statuses selected.
      • By hovering over these blocks with the mouse, the figures appear for quick and easy reading.
      • You can delete certain statuses by clicking on the caption headings (one click = cross out the heading = delete the data from the table).

      Table view

      This view uses the same data, with details of the services billed, the customer and the case. This is a very exhaustive table that you can build up according to your business analysis needs. 

      • Horizontal header: you can establish up to three data groupings: "Grouped by": you must choose the title of the data type, click on the 3 horizontal lines = and drag the title to the top left of the table: the data will then be displayed according to this grouping.
      • Chevron (>) detail: Click on the chevrons to the right of the statuses to display additional details.

      To refine your results


      By default, the table displays data types that you can modify. To the right of the table, four tools are available to refine your analysis:

      1. Magnifying glass: Used to search for a specific item.
      2. Triangle: Used to show or hide filters.
      3. Columns: Select the items to be displayed in the table.
      4. Square: Displays the table full screen for better visibility.

      Column manipulation options

      Next to each column, you can :

      • Change sort order
      • Filter by this column
      • Hide column
      • Show all columns

      This flexibility means you can customise the way data is displayed to suit your specific needs, making it easier to analyse your results in detail.

      When you click on "Download", you can generate a data extract in Excel format, according to the indicators you have chosen or in full.
