Using a few tiles, you can quickly see the institution's activity in terms of case flow/volume.
By default, the period displayed is the last three months. You can change it to adjust the dates to suit you.
Note that it is possible for a file to have passed through several different statuses over the same period.
Section Activity
First line: New folders: any new folders that have been created and had their status changed during the selected period.
Second line: Number of bookings. Please note: if a file is reserved, cancelled and then reserved again, it will be counted twice.
Third line: Number of files per change of status: used to count the number of files passing through each status during the period. The same case can therefore be counted in several statuses.
Section Conversion
Analyse what has happened to new files: these are files whose creation date falls within the chosen period.
Number of quotations sent to identify whether they are in progress, reserved, declined by you or your customer or under option.
Breakdown of quotations declined by the hotel or the customer to find out the reason for the refusal.
Analysis of response time and number of files concerned.
Average response time and booking rate. This difference is calculated between the date on which the request was created and the date on which the first quote was published.
Seventh line: Comparison of files by status and by month of acquisition over the current year.

Front line:
Left-hand side: Identification of activity peaks with the number of incoming requests over the last month
Right-hand side: Breakdown of files by source of arrival, specifications entered by your team, by your website or other (in the case of central reservations).
Second line:
Left-hand side: breakdown of new applications by group type: comparison of the number of applications by group type.
