Backyou Pay

Backyou Pay is a payment reconciliation automation option. Transfers made by your customers are automatically allocated to the file whose due date has just been paid.

How do I activate the Backyou Pay module?

Accommodation section > RIB > Backyou Pay :

Click on "Activate" and fill in the required information:

You will be asked:

  1. KBIS extract in JPEG or PNG (*)
  2. For the legal representative, colour identity document (*)
  3. Proof of address in JPEG or PNG format

How to assign a transfer that has not been assigned automatically :

If the Backyou Pay section is highlighted in orange in the main menu, this is an alert informing you that a transfer has been received by one of your customers but the amount does not STRICTLY correspond to an expected due date. This payment is therefore waiting to be allocated: it's up to you to indicate which file and which due dates to allocate this payment to.

Customer payments received on Backyou Pay tab > To be processed tab

Choose a due date: Backyou lists all the due dates for this customer. Select the one you want.

Choose a file with no due date: if no due date is expected, Backyou lists the files associated with this customer.  This will allow you to create a new due date if necessary.

Create a payment without a file: if no file or customer is associated with a payment, you can decide to send the money directly to the institution's account by creating a payment without a file:

You can change the amount to be sent. Once the money has arrived in your account, you can go back to the file in question and record the payment manually.

From the "Backyou Pay transfers to your account" tab, you can view the status of your transfers:

Pending: the customer has paid the due date but the payment has not yet been processed by our payment service provider. A banking delay of a few days is to be expected.

In transit: the customer has paid, the payment has been processed (the payout is created): you will receive the money in your account within 4 to 5 days.

Already received: this amount is in your bank account.

How to find the distribution with a PAY- reference:

Backyou Pay section > Backyou Pay transfers to your account.

Enter the ref Pay- in the search field and click on the small magnifying glass.
