Why aren't the room hire requests being sent correctly from the application form?

How the Backyou algorithm works :

1. Room availability: The rooms must be available (i.e. with no current reservations for the period requested).
2. Room configuration: The configurations (meeting, U, theatre, etc.) must be correctly entered in the system. (Establishments > Spaces)
3. Product/space association: Your room products (e.g. "Room hire", "2 lounges", "3 lounges") need to be associated with specific physical spaces.

Possible results when creating a quote:

If a room product, such as "Room 1 day", appears after completing the form, this means :

• No rooms available: There are no rooms available for the period requested.
• Incompatible configuration: The chosen configuration cannot be applied to the available rooms.
• No association: No space is associated with the room products in your product list.
