Which T&Cs appear on the quotes?

The default terms and conditions are applied. However, you can modify them from a drop-down menu when you reply to a quote request. The T&Cs will appear on the quote if they have been edited in free text or if a summary has been configured in the T&Cs module. If you have opted for attached GTCs, they will be sent in PDF format to the customer at the same time as the quote.
