Targets

You can manually add annual targets for your various establishments, according to the different categories: 

• Rooms
• Meeting room products
• Catering products
• Other products

These objectives can be added for the current year and/or future years.

Once these targets have been defined, you can use the "Product statistics" tab to compare your targets over several years.

2 columns are compared in the Graph View: the pivot year (dark column) and the data being compared (transparent column).

You can also see how your sales have changed compared with N-1 in the "Actual" table.

This table provides you with pre-filled figures if the turnover was generated by your files processed on Backyou.

However, it is possible to manually add data for periods prior to the use of Backyou.

You can also modify the amounts already entered to adjust them for cases that have not been entered (completely) in Backyou.

You can also enter data for previous years.

In exactly the same way as when entering targets, you can compare data from "Product statistics" and "Folder analysis".
