Allows you to view the facility's activity in detail using filters (see image below) in Graph & Table views.
By default, the period displayed is the last twelve months. You can change it to adjust the dates to suit you.
This data can also be compared from year X to year Y over a defined period. If you have not already done so, import your actual figures (see "Entering targets" tab).
When you click on "Download", you can generate a data extract in Excel format, according to the indicators you have chosen or in full.
Graphic view
You'll get one or more bar charts in different colours showing the amount in your currency for each month of activity.
These colours are captioned:
- Green: Room products
- Orange: F&B products
- Red: Meeting room products
- Blue/Grey: Reduction
When you move your cursor over one of the bars, a text bubble appears, showing the breakdown of sales for each product family.
Table view
You will get a detailed table showing the filters you specified in the "Filter by" section.
By default, you will find columns in which the requested data is distributed.
They are classified by month, category, product type, etc.
Backyou lets you customise the data you want to see:
- 1st icon (highlighted in blue): search for keywords
- 2nd icon (highlighted in green): filter each column by type of category/product/and to be isolated
- 3rd icon (highlighted in yellow): choice of column display to populate your data
- 4th icon (highlighted in red): gives you a full-screen view.
