How to merge some products common to different Packages in the function sheet ?

The merging of some products common to different services in the function sheet is automatic.

For example: 30 residential package 1 half twin and 10 residential package 2 single have the same dinner. The form amalgamates the quantity of dinners of package 1 and 2 (30+10) to avoid generating 2 different lines with the same dinner in the form.

Please note: the mandatory fields to allow the amalgamation are: date, product, timetable, rooms, number of pax, staff member, price, free text in the File Information.
