Linking a client to a company allows you to group together all the activities of clients from the same company under one common entity: the company. You will then be able to evaluate the company’s overall business volume and the conversion rate of requests.
A client can be linked to one and only one company; however, a company can be linked to several clients.
From the client:
When the client already exists, you will see, on the right side of their record summary, a button allowing you to link them to a company:
By clicking on this button, you can then:

Select an existing company from your Backyou company database

Create a new company
From the company:
On a company’s record, you will always see this button allowing you to link a client to it:
You can then search for a client in your Backyou client database:
