How to Configure Notifications and Emails for Team Members Assigned to BEOs

Optimize how often your team members receive notifications and emails about BEOs, based on your operational needs.

To manage notifications and email settings for team members listed on BEOs, go to Venues > Venue Sheet > Other Settings > Notifications and Reminders :

The checkbox allows you to enable or disable by default the sending of notifications and emails to team members listed on shared BEOs (in the case of successive modifications).

If this option is enabled and the BEO is shared with team members, they will automatically receive notifications and emails close to the check-in date.

You can choose the number of days before check-in from which the notifications and emails are sent in the corresponding field .
