      Customisation > Proposal

      The data displayed in proposals can be customized from Settings > Customisation > Proposal:

      From this page, you can enable or disable the customisation of your proposals. If you disable customisation, all data will be displayed. Customisation is therefore useful if you want your client not to have access to all the data.

      When proposal customisation is enabled, you can choose to include or exclude:

      • the total of each product

      • the subtotals

      • the grand total

      • the amounts excluding VAT

      • the VAT

      • the name and schedules of the spaces included in the proposal

      💡 On the left, a real-time preview allows you to better understand how your proposals will look with or without the selected information.

      Important: This page only allows you to manage the customisation of the data displayed in your proposals. To customize the structure and appearance of proposals, you can use the PDF proposal templates.

      ⚠️ Don’t forget to save your modifications by clicking the Save button.
