      Business Details

      The Company Identity gathers all the information that legally identifies your company. This information is used when generating your PDF contracts on the “Signatories” page in the Framework Contract, Group Series, and Room Block modules.

      To complete your Company Identity, go to Settings > General > Business Details:

      You can then enter:

      • the company name

      • the registered office address (street address, postal code, city, country)

      • the company identification (registration number*, VAT number, Trade and Companies Register)

      • the legal representative

      *mandatory fields

      ⚠️ Don’t forget to save your changes by clicking the button so that they are applied.

      Important: Changes made to the Company Identity are not retroactive. Contracts that have already been created will not be updated with the new information.
